I haven't seen a worm drive on a framing crew in the last few years. Everything I see now is cordless sidewinders. The last house I watched built I didn't see a single tool with a tail, I also never saw a compressor setup. Every nail gun was cordless from framing to trim; in fairness, they hand-nailed the roof. I can't imagine cordless guns are fast enough to keep up with a roofing crew.

Depends on the crew, many still run corded skil saws and pneumatic framing guns but will have cordless tools mixed in. I have both in my tool collection and if I'm trimming out a whole room or more it's time for pneumatic. The weight penalty for cordless stuff is still to high and the durability isn't quite there either.

Before Mexican Coke was popularized, I used to go to the Jewish store and buy kosher coke (same thing). The orthodox Jews who ran the place eventually banned me from buying it because I was a gentile. I had an old girlfriend who was Jewish so I got her to go in and buy it for me.
We used to joke that our lives had turned into a Seinfeld episode.
