He lived on St. Thomas for many years. They'd go to Jost every other weekend and hang out at Ivan's, usually. I remember hearing stories from Tal as a teenager and wanting to be a drug runner.

Vinny at Corsair's over on Great Harbour has become a good friend. The ferry from Tortola to St. Thomas was sold out and our flights were tight so he smuggled us to St. Thomas. 70 mph in those waters was fun.
