Having more 24/7 urgent cares would alleviate a lot of the tension of the ER late at night. My cousin works late shifts in the ER as a nurse and he has told me before that there can be a lot of people coming to the ER late at night for unnecessary means as Im sure most of you know.

24 hour Urgent cares or ERs? There is a major cost differential between the two
