That isn't nepotism.
His dad didn't hire him.

I know this won't be popular but we need way more black and female cops. You meed people that live in the communities policing those neighborhoods. It just gives the citizens a better piece of mind and the cops are more understanding of the people there. It always been that way..
Well then black females need to qualify and apply for the job. Besides, state troopers aren’t patrolling the inner city neighborhoods.

I mean more in general and in every department. State police patrol everywhere and intervene in the worst neighborhoods, when needed. We really need more citizen policing. I would have loved it if more NFL players, that are critical of policing, served in a part time capacity during breaks or the offseason. I bet that would change a lot of their perspectives and give those departments a boost..

Would they still be allowed to finance drug trafficking and use drugs along with all the other shenanigans we see them get into during the offseason?
Aaron Hernandez could have been a great part time gang violence task force officer.
Michael Irvin part time Narcotics Agent
Michael Vick part time anti dog fighting task force member
Ray Rice Domestic Abuse Counselor
Ray Lewis Homicide Detective
