Is it though? What's the point of having a law that doesn't get enforced?

To give you an example- plenty of jurisdictions still have laws on the books that make it a crime to curse in public (obscenity). Or to get a BJ from your wife (sodomy). How many people feel like the law precludes them from enjoying a good time in the sack with the wife or restrictions of speech from archaic unenforced laws? It feels like that's where Brady is headed.
