Louisiana now at 13 positive cases

All that means is they passed the localized tests to confirm. They then get sent off to the CDC for 100% confirmation.

The more they test, the more they'll find. Seattle is about to get shut down, and I'd bet NO will within the week too.

So in a wafb link in a different post states that the Louisiana governor said that it can take more than one kit per person so 1000 kits doesn’t mean that 1000 people can be tested.

Why??

ETA: Answered in the big topic — takes multiple negative tests so multiple swans per person.
