You’re generalizing big time.
If the income tax is make or break for a recruit then LSU's NIL groups should cover that gap. Use some of the millions that the schools' NIL groups are getting from the proposed gambling tax increase.

Something is messed up taking away compensation for wrongful conviction. As well as making it harder to sue nursing nursing homes. Balloons I can understand bc of utility infrastructure and a danger to animals.
