There is absolutely no reason Louisiana should be a trash filled shithole. Maybe if some of these people would have to pick up trash they would learn not to throw it on the side of the road.

I support this idea.
I live in middle of nowhere rural NWLA, used to be the roadside along the highway was covered in trash. I'd pick it up using a whole day off to just get "my" section of the right-of-way (roadside ditch) clean only to see it covered again overnight. Did that twice, after that decided "frick it, let the state mowing crews mulch it and the rains wash it away". Now the ditch only has a couple cans/bottles as even the most illiterate litterers in the area realized I ain't picking up after them.

Sounds like a private probation company. Southern Poverty Law Center ran GA based Judicial Correctional Services out of Alabama for jailing poor blacks over the same issues. Many owed parking tickets, non moving violations and were jailed. Honest Graft, Legalized Extortion. None of these type companies should be legal. I think the Feds are investigating Judical Correctional Services. Obama knows they are racist pigs.

You aren't gonna save money by putting me in jail either, so why should I pay any fines?

A quick google search shows that picture is from when he was given an award by the Louisiana Court Appointed Special Advocates (LACASA) for his work with abused and neglected kids. Hardly seems like a devil to me.

I've had my fair share of experience with the fuzz, but I've never not paid a fine or lawyer's fee. It's just the cost of doing business. I understand there are consequences for getting caught breaking the law as should everyone else

If you owned a business and watched people who filed bankruptcy, screwing you out of a few thousand, drive in front of your business going on vacation on a Saturday morning, while you are working, you would wish "The Purge" was real.
