Yes.. Seriously, it is a whole different game when kids are involved. I understand that once people get addicted they can't just up and stop using, but the chances are.. Kids that come from this environment will not have a chance in life. If they are going to go out to find their fix, at least find something to do with the kids instead of taking them along.
