Well it's clearly modified to be loud as frick...if he gave a single crap about those around him he would maybe do something to quiet it....which is doubtful. He could also take his wifes car to work when he leaves that early which I think would be logical....but like I said...he doesn't seem like he's the type to meet slight confrontation with a logical solution.

I gotta think someone probably already has... if I can hear it that loud across the street and a few houses down, it must be deafening to be next door
