Had an electronic keypad on a Liberty safe quit on me under warranty. Called the keypad manufacturer, S&G, and they sent s local locksmith.
He had problems, even talking with S&G on how to get in. S&G emailed me the diagram for how to drill in, and made me promise on a stack of Bibles not to share the info.
Locksmith spent an afternoon and most of the next day before he finally got in. Three holes were drilled. Much fishing around inside. He said it was the hardest job he ever had, and he would teach about Liberty safes in his vo tech class.
Not sure if it is an awesome safe or he was a shitty locksmith.
Holes were plugged. I received an upgraded model of the keypad, which has worked well since.

Call the company you bought the safe from. They will ask for the serial number on the safe. They will send you another key. It's happened to me before

My son had a safe that the electronic lock quit working on. I just drilled through the outer wall using progressively larger drill bits, formed the pattern of a square, and eventually made a hole big enough to pull everything out. It had a locking mechanism but was primarily designed as a fire proof safe.
Thank you, I will look into this option.
