Not at all..... IMO ALL dine in places should be open to at least 50% . You really think that the owners are gonna risk anything health wise if they could go back to February????? No they won’t. The spaces at almost all dining places are far enough apart the way they have been doing all along.

Most of these places operate with nearly 1,000 to 2,000 slot machines and table game seats.
The reopening capacity is not based on the fire marshal capacity, but the number of gaming seats.

So a place with 1,000 gaming positions will be limited to 250 guests.
I can recall the legislature changing the rules based on space vs gaming seats last year or the year before because some casinos wanted to put in new slot machines that took up more space as riverboat casinos wanted to add facilities on land.
