Didnt read the entire thread but I'll say that I do think movie rental stores will make a come back some day. I've had the conversation a dozen times about how much red box, NF, etc. all suck. I hope that someday it comes back while my kids are still young so they can experience a Friday evening trip to rent a few movies and pick up popcorn. Nothing like walking the older section and minding a gem you'd forgotten existed.
