Ahh an older bondsman called me the Fall Guy when I first got started. Never knew what that meant until then.

As far as "off bond" do you mean have I revoked anyone's bond?

I'm not going to argue with someone on TD about what I do for a living.


Judges along with Bail Bondsman are both allowed to revoke bonds in Louisiana. Only difference is we have to wait a minimum of 30 days before doing so.

Nope I'm honestly not a fan. He gives an industry that is already frowned upon, even more reason to be frowned upon.

Also takes away the "credibility" of true bail enforcement agents.

Ok. I thought if bond was revoked then you lost your money, therefore you went “off bond” before revocation.

But let’s skip past that. Have you done it for fear of losing your money?
