I need to try their coffee. The new additions downtown give me hope. Beer garden, Reve, Pops, Pho Tastic, Philly cheese steak place, etc.

Yeah, downtown is becoming a cool place to hang out again. Haven't tried Phillyana though. Heard it's good but pricey.

If some of those piece of shite bars closed down it would really be a happening place. I feel like an even bigger outdoor bar than the beer garden would be a solid addition. There are tons in Houston that print money hand over fist and are perfect for day drinking.
