Damn. 
This show is by the same guy who directed the movie Children of Men. It's about a crisis in the future (2025) where everyone stopped having babies and no one knows why. There are only like a handful of kids left in the world, so the government micromanages the lives of those families.
Anyways, a scientist somehow fertilized 100 eggs, and they are holding a lottery to see which women get them.
