Aspy I live in a great part of Florida. Pretty high end people in my area there aren't any rednecks or trailers in my area. I guess other than the hurricane that almost got us last year I live in a great location. Beaches, surfing, and St, Augustine are all within 10-15 mins from my house. I just love the florida board jokes on here though.

As I've gotten older I've gotten more wis like everyone else I suppose. Now I'll call something off much quicker and easier than in past years. What sucks is I will out a lot into a relationship and I may be harder on myself to be and do better than any broad is on me.... also with my past and batteling addiction obviously I couldn't and wouldn't date a female that used ANYTHING including the weed
but i have to watch myself in stressful everyday living environments. I know what happens when i get lo live a strasfull life or with a woman that is living one and trying to change her or have her change me. Rebel there are some beautiful places in that area. My Gf lived in Tampa 10 years so I have made alot of friends down there and learned alot about the area. The Clearwater/St.Pete area is awesome too. I might end up with another house down there in the future. My company used to have a brewery down there but they sold it off years ago.

i have a "villa" in the Venice Beach GCC. i rent to old sweet couple from Toronto half the year.
i figure it will eventually be my retirement place. Venice is pretty cool for old people. easy to get to a lot of places but far away from the riff-raff.

Man I forget what they call that US hey 1!?9@8) out of Duval headed south towards St A, but they need to call it' thrift shop Hwy that and the maid drag going out to Jacksonville beach have have PACKED thrift shops than MS has baptist churches on every corner!! It really is a thing down there. I even went in one to grab a cheap coat singe I forgot mine back in Nola and we had a cold spell

I have in the past did things while relationships were in the grey area and I regretted it. Now I'm overly protective and will wait a inordinate amount of time after a break up Just in the slight slight chance it turns bsvk into the 'grey area.'

US 1 also called Phillips hwy. The area coming from downtown jacksonville is known as the hooker hookup rd. You are right that route out of Jville is filled with strip bars and pawn shops. I did tell you when you mentioned that you were in that area that it was not the safest place in the city. The correct way to head to St.Augustine would to have taken AIA hwy along the beaches all the way to the oldest city in the US. Beautiful drive still even though the hurricane claimed some of those million dollar homes.
