Depends on what I'm doing with it. I love Gorgonzola and Havarti on red meat, but it's hard to beat Parm on bread, pasta or a salad. With a cold sandwich like corned beef or pastrami I love Swiss,. I just love cheese. There isn't much cheese I turn my nose up at.

Dos it for 2 summers. Never actually rode on a horse. Just stalls/feed/bring to pasture. Made me a man

Family friend owned a horse ranch and I just worked on it for 2 summers during high school. He never let me ride one :/

muck stalls, rake the track, set up/take down jumps, feed, move hay, etc. shite sucked. But I made $15 an hr and got to stare at a few cute chicks in their riding pants when they would come practice.
Didn't get to ride any of them, although I'm sure if I asked I would have been allowed.
