You couldn’t quote even a little bit of the story?

no, but this is:
"We were making so much money for them, and we were selling out regularly,” says Hays. “We were kind of the talk of the town, and I expected at the very least I would get treated like a human.”
Behind the scenes, Hays describes what she calls poor working conditions, below minimum wage pay, and repeated cases of sexual harassment. The claims were made in a resolution proposal and lawsuit against primary owner Bill Miller and Icon Entertainment.
“The most devastating to my staff and myself was that one of my dancers had been raped by one of the bartenders that worked at Skulls, allegedly,” says Hays.
A report was never filed with Metro Police, but Hays claims she reported the crimes to Skulls management. She says that was the start of a fallout that ultimately forced her to leave.
"The response was: do not speak of this, do not let any of your employees speak of this, I was told that because a ‘stripper got drunk does not mean she needs to ruin a good man's life,’” Hays says.
What came next, she says, is what forced her to take legal action. The photo of Hays as the face of the business was used in advertising months after her departure, only adding insult to injury.
“The use of someone's image or intellectual property happens regularly, but it doesn’t make it OK, and for me it's extremely painful because this show was my life," Hays says.
Hays and her attorney did offer to settle the case for $125,000- it got denied. Something she sees now as a good thing, as it allowed her to share her story.

If a bartender bangs a prostitute without paying her, is it theft?

The police might have looked for evidence, or done a rape kit, or gathered sworn testimony.
Innocent until proven guilty, right? How many times have we seen false accusations ruin someone’s life only to turn out to be the petty anger of someone who regrets they are a whore?
