I am about to graduate college this may and I have already lined up a job off bluebonnet close to burbank. I am trying to think about where the best place to live would be.

Live downtown. Avoid the area around campus, you're too old for it. The commute is easy because you're going against the traffic.

You got a job at Albertson's or Walgreen's?

Spanish lakes off of Nicholson just past U Club.

Should be some decent rentals/available houses for sale in there.

Considering he recently graduated. No he isn't and who knows if he wants a roommate(s) or not.

There's a nice condo complex behind the Capital one off Bluebonnet, across from la caretta

I would look at Magnoila Woods, Kenilworth, Walden (if you're a baller).

Terrible advice. Live near campus. If you have any game and a little money you can slay pussy. And there is a new crop of naive young bitches every year.

I wouldn't put my roots down here if I had a choice. Biggest reason I haven't bought a house. Selling a house can be a real bitch, as where leaving at the end of a lease, not so much.

Yep, BR will be one of the many cities to fall this year. By April the entire United States will be torn to pieces. Oh well, we had a good run folks.

Check out Southgate (depending on your priorities)

Pool scene was pretty good last time I partied there (2012 maybe?), and there's some older (upper 20's - 30's) residents around mixed in with the students so you won't grow out of it too quickly. Can also walk to tailgating and work is a pretty quick shot down Burbank against traffic and downtown is a quick drive up Nicholson.
