I guess Robert gets 1 more appearance on the show... them arresting him (Greene pulling a Gwinnett and executing a warrant)
and then his TV fame ends there as he goes away for quite a while

same cop showed up the 2nd time he was on the show... he somewhat apologized and thanked the cop (shook his hand even) for how the cop treated the fiancee
but yeah... the same deputy should be part of the team that served the arrest warrant on him
