He cocked the pistol like 10 times with a loaded mag and nothing went through

He didn't know the mag release on that POS gun is in the bottom of the mag well. Looks like it still had a round in the mag which means there is still a round in the chamber

Hm, I'm not familiar with that mechanism. What kind of gun is that? So you have to press some sort of release mechanism while cocking?
