Obviously I have no clue what this guy has done, but it’s pretty clear that time and time again these cops are awful at giving clear directions. Many times I hear multiple cops yelling out conflicting directions.

I remember throwing rocks at cars with my cousin when we were younger. My grandma lived in a rough part of town and we were both over there. We accidentally shattered someone's back window with a rock at one point. I think I ran a 4.3 back to Granny's house after that one. Thought I was going to die that day
