OD dude going to be pissed they popped him with Narcan. All his dope is wasted now.
I know a fireman who said that heroin junkies and pill heads have started shooting up/getting high close to fire stations because if someone ODs they are right near a Narcan supply so they don't have to wait for an ambulance.

2 chest compressions were not the determining factor between that guy bring alive or deceased. And he ran around for 5 minutes before doing anything. Only thing he did was bother the guy enough to elicit a response.

I'm pretty sure his training taught him to try pain stimuli before doing anything else for an unresponsive subject. They usually try rubbing the sternum with their knuckles right away.
