Not mine, good friends pic, I really regret not sending the drone up and filming the shadow rolling in/out and the 360 sunset. However, if I had sent the drone up, I would of probably had all sorts of technical issues that would of ruined my experience viewing totality.

It was storming here in South Carolina when this was taken but I was able to grab a pic through a hole in the clouds.

had a cloud cover the eclipse where I was right when it happened as well

The whole event was pristine, then that damn cloud parked under it right when the eclipse went full.

In the Smoky Mountains... cloud cover almost completely disappeared about 2 minutes before the "ring" effect began
