Burns in the kitchen as well. We have one near our stove and I've used it several times. Immediately makes it feel better.

probably not the right thread or board for this question. but i'll throw it out there because i'm feeling lazy.
i had a lime tree for about 4 years before the previously black thumb fiance killed it. It had just gotten to the point where it was creating 2-3 limes a week during season. Perfect amount for mixed drinks and to cook with for us.
I don't remember what type of lime tree it was. They weren't overly sour, just right. The size of a walnut. And green, not yellow. I'm researching a replacement. I don't think it was a Key Lime, I think it was a Persian. If I order one online, how do i know what USDA Plant Hardiness to look for in Houston? What time of the year to lime trees go on sale at plant stores?

Just go to a funeral, they always giving away plants after and you can get them for free. My wife has about 8 of them throughout the house that she got from different loved ones funerals. She has a rubber plant from my dads funeral thats 7 years old and still thriving.

All of the local 4H clubs are having their annual fruit tree sale. I planted a fig tree at this time last year and uts doing great.

I think the vast majority of plants do a little good, but just getting any plant won't necessarily make much of an impact. Certain plants are better than others at removing specific toxins from the air, and some are better all-around performers. If you read the OP's list and the article I cited, you'll see some are better for certain VOCs vs carbon monoxide, etc.
