Especially the ones that talk in a high pitch southern accent. The creep factor is off the charts...

What is it about being overly religious that attracts a double life?

Setting impossible standards, trying to live up to them, failing, then trying to justify the irresponsibility by claiming the love and forgiveness of jee-zus. Churches get what they want and don't care who they mow down or whose lives they destroy in getting what they want.

That's at least how I interpreted things when my wife left both me and our children to "get closer to jee-zus". But it's all in the name of God so that is supposed to make it ok ... right????

After that experience and the aftermath, churches can go frick themselves for all I care and I used to be a church goer. Probably won't be for the remainder of my life.

The most unethical people I've met in my life were deeply religious. Something to hide behind.
