I have scratched my costa wingmans to the point that I have to turn my head slightly to see past all the marks on my lenses. Yes I screwed up and go the plastic lenses because I was scared I would destroy the glass lenses within a few weeks(previous bad experiences).

I have been looking at Fuse Lenses online to replace them because honestly I spent to much on the damn things in the first place and don't want to throw another hundy at them to have costa replace them with "brand" replacements and take a month to get them back. I also don't see myself ever needing the warranty but if I needed to use it I could just pop the old lenses back in and send them in that way.

So my question is, Have any of you used the fuse lenses or any other non OEM lenses? Are they good material and quality?

Thanks

No, but I have used their warranty service a few times and it was always a good experience.

I have fuse lenses in one of my shitty pairs (Costas).

They're alright to salvage a backup pair of sunglasses that you don't want to pay to get fixed but you don't want to throw away. But I wasn't particularly impressed and the lenses move a bit.

Fuze lenses may fit in costa frames but are in no way costa replacements. I did the same thing and spent the small amount thinking they would do the job, they don't. Spend the money and send them to costa.

FRICK! HAHA! Thanks for the replies! I have to send back another pair that I wear for working outside and cutting grass so I may put the fuse in them for 19 bucks it would be worth it. But I guess I will go ahead and send the wingmans back and get the real deal.

Will they change the lens color and change to glass when you send them to be replaced?
