That being said, he's still not going to pay my rent this month. I'm still letting the eviction process take place to get him into the courtroom.
If you have the money to pay I would do so and demand reimbursement by the trustee. Getting evicted looks horrible on your record and can impact your credit score if you care about these things.

They've helped thousands. They'll help the OP, too.

Question: Is a trustee allowed to discuss, divulge information to anyone else outside of the trust about the trust? Are they held to same standards as lawyers, doctors as far as confidentiality laws?
It depends. The trustee generally owes you, the beneificary, a fiduciary duty. Confidentiality is a central theme of that duty. Depending on the terms of the trust, the trustee can potentially discuss confidential matters with someone "outside of the trust" if doing so necessary (or at least reasonable) to execute his duties under the terms of the trust. It isn't black and white. If he's, for instance, telling his neighbor at a cookout about the trust and that neighbor has nothing to do with its execution, then no...he's not allowed to do that and it's likely a breach of his duties.

The money will last me until I'm 80. I'm good. Thanks for your concern.
So, tree fiddy?

Eviction stays on a record for 7 years. He’d have a really hard time finding anywhere to take him with that plus everything else showing up.

To get your rent paid this month you can contact various faith based organizations that assist those in need. You might try The Salvation Army, The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, and Catholic Charities if they operate where you live.
United Way may be able to direct you to organizations in your community that help those in need.
I suspect it is rare, very rare, for these type of orgs. to help someone w/ $200k+ in a trust but you have an unusual situation and they may help.
Just don’t BS ‘em.

From the outside, it sounds like this may be a missing piece.
Trustee gives certain limit per month for payout based on terms that it last to age 65.
Op signs lease for apartment he can’t afford, with the excuse he can’t find anything else. Tells complex about inheritance, but does not consult with trustee about payment terms. This is done in an attempt to hoping to force Trustee’s hand, and to pay beyond given limit.
From what he said, the entire monthly rent is supposed to be paid from the trust, per the lease. What does he do, pay the trust back for the partial payment he is supposed to be responsible for?
Trustee uses this as reason to stop entire (or partial) payment.
