LED Fluorescent Replacement Tube - Ballast Bypass Anyone try it?

I have a fluorescent in a closet that eats bulbs. I'm thinking of trying the LED replacement that bypasses the ballast. They are about $10 per bulb but if it lasts a year I would be happy! Just wondering if anyone tried these yet?

We buy the 2 packs from Costco and just swap them in to replace fluorescent bulbs, they work great.

Those look nice.
The installation guide shows that you have to completely bypass the ballast transformer.
Might have to give them a try.

Bought these for my garage to replace Fluorescents with bad ballasts. Get them, install them, never look back!!!

A buddy did and thought they were great. Do you have a box above it, Lowes sells a really nice LED 12" diameter fixture for 28$ that will blast a good area.
