Minimal at best. However given what is going on with this virus I would not necessarily bet all on it not making something like it to court on a state level. Some place like New York...maybe only because the courts there are not above "making law". On a federal level,forget it.

Just let your employees work from home if they can. It's 2020 everyone has high speed internet and a computer, very few jobs can't be done while at home.
