Don’t recall the name, but I’ve heard of this one lawyer who posts on TD all the time, even when working billable hours. He pretends to be a Pro but he seems a bit Slow.

I wouldn’t hire him to get me out of a parking ticket. The addiction he has to TD alone makes me question his work ethic.

You know, I ran the the numbers just for my own amusement not too long ago.

Figuring a 12 hour day (I give him the benefit of the doubt that he takes time to sleep, eat, frick, etc), he’s averaging a post every 10 minutes…for close to the past 20 YEARS.

That is what is known as an ADDICTION.

I have seen and been on the receiving end of truly great litigators but nobody here would have heard of the two I have in mind but the third is someone most will have heard of. John Edwards. He and David Kirby (his partner back in the day and currently) are an incredible trial team. Edwards came from a defense background and his paperwork reflected that but he really can hold a jury in the palm of his hand. His closings are legendary.

A public defender I saw "perform" during voir dire many years ago. Dude couldn't find his arse with both hands. I don't remember the details but I do recall seeing the frustration on the face of the prosecutor.

I wasn't picked for that jury, so I didn't hang around to see the outcome.

It's easy, if my attorney at any time is looking at TD or even mentions it, his happy arse is fired.
