I thought the state finally scrapped joint and severable liability, which is where portions of blame could be assigned as a percentage of total damage.
At least that is what the driving instructor I had said. He was pissed at Jindal because he used to work on a lot of those cases before the change.

There is a lawyer named Anthony Fontana that may be desperately looking for cases right about now. Give him a call. He will probably be pleased that someone isn't calling to threaten to kill him.
