Except we weren't. People were still gathering and disregarding. Even last night after the additional presser, police were breaking up groups of people gathering on the Bayou.

Most of us are doing what she said, but there are some stubborn people who think it doesn't apply to them.

I dislike a heavy handed mandate and big government as much as the next conservative, but some people literally need the police to enforce this mandate.
