@sentdefender
Maybe that's not all of the story. Maybe it is. But that's even more Russian equipment left abandoned.

Ukrainian Citizens are reporting that Russian Forces at a Depot in the Sumy Region abandoned the Outpost and fled into the woods during the night leaving behind, BMPs, BTR-80s, MT-LBs and Infantry Transport Vehicles there is no indication as to why they fled. LINK

Apparently the guy belongs to some Russian communist militia back in 2014 so he’s been fighting the Ukrainians for a while now. Somehow still a fatass

There were videos showing a bunch of Russian soldiers "grabbing what they can" and "abandoning their posts" earlier today.
That has to be propaganda, no?
If they have old arse equipment, old arse MREs, and they have a clue of what is going on. I'd imagine it's possible but with Russia wanting to give reporters 15 years in prison if they write a "fake" story about war; i'd say it's doubtful.

The amount of shite that is getting abandoned is mind blowing.

If I didn’t have kids I’d probably go. Not that I have some huge affinity for Ukraine but it would be a helluva story to tell.

[The Guardian] Taiwan has sent 27 tonnes of medical supplies to Ukraine

quote:
the government announced on Tuesday, saying it was extending a helping hand as a member of the “democratic camp” in the international community, Reuters reports.
Taiwan has joined with Western allies in putting sanctions on Russia for its invasion of Ukraine, and expressed cross-party sympathy for the Ukrainian people, seeing parallels with what Taipei views as Beijing’s threats against the island.
Taiwan’s foreign ministry said the supplies left on Monday night on a flight to Frankfurt and will be sent onwards to Ukraine via “appropriate routes and channels”.

The live-entertainment industry began responding over the weekend to the conflict in Ukraine by canceling coming shows in Russia and curbing Russian business ties to venues in the U.S.
American rock band Green Day on Sunday called off its show at Moscow’s Spartak Stadium scheduled for the end of May, citing Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. “We are aware that this moment is not about stadium rock shows, it’s so much bigger than that,” the band wrote in a post shared on Instagram.
Last week indie-pop trio AJR canceled its October concert date in Moscow. “Thank you to our Russian fans who oppose their country’s unprovoked and criminal behavior," the band wrote on Twitter. "At this point, the best thing you can do is share ACCURATE info."
Venue development and investment firm Oak View Group said Sunday it has pledged "to not do business in or with Russia, nor will we serve Russian brands in any of our venues on a global basis." The company, which has thousands of points of sale across more than 200 sports and concert venues in North America, said Monday that it will no longer serve Russian brands of alcohol in its buildings.
Oak View said it is analyzing every corner of its business, including content, sponsorships and services, to make sure it is accounting for any connections to Russia. Oak View also said it has been presented with opportunities to manage and build venues in Russia, but won't pursue them. "We hope our stance inspires others in our industry to take action where they can.”
