I've been to Minnesota and Wisconsin and have maybe seen at the most 10 black people. I would imagine Nebraska, Iowa, and many other states are the same.

My dated a girl from Bend Oregeon in 2001 and until she moved to Beaumont Texas she said she had only seen one black person in her life
