You'd probably be surprised how often your gate times are looked at by some managers.
Have heard someone told "you do good at your job, no issues, but you are only here for the minimum hours"

From the photo appears to be very little periphery damage outside of the tank. I was expecting pipes out of the rack and rail cars on their sides

Folks interested in lock/out tag out status contributing to job safety status.
tank can be completely checked out but the tank product under the floor, from bottom leaks is hard to remove. drill and tap water flush connections can help, inert gas through flush connection helps, but you are never positive that a pocket of flammable gas will not be ignited
