There were 70+ applicants when we signed.

If it's minor damage I'm ok with this, but they better make sure because your talking about making people homeless. In Katrina we lost everything and it takes a while to get stuff square away.

The kids are supposed to depend on the parent. The parent has the responsibility of taking care of those said responsibilities.

Why, as a grown adult with children, do these people have to rely on someone else
