Maybe you read a different article than me.

What I read was that Psycho Bitch #1 slammed the pet rabbit to ground, severely injuring the animal but not killing it. Then Psycho Bitch #2 picked it up and slammed it against the truck, killing the rabbit. Psycho Bitch #1 put the video up on social media.

The owner/alleged "friend" was the person who called Animal Control and the Sheriff's Dept. Not the action typically taken by a friend. Unless of course they found out that two psycho bitches cruelly smashed his/her pet to death. Better person than me.

The second video depicted Duplantis allegedly slamming the rabbit on a pickup truck which resulted in the animal's death. Duplantis claimed that she was asked to kill the rabbit to put it out of its misery, Wolfe said. Wolfe noted that the suspects were consuming alcoholic beverages when they decided to injure and kill the animal. Duplantis was charged with aggravated cruelty to animals and was transported to the jail on a $500 bond. According to state law, an aggravated cruelty to animal conviction could result in a $25,000 fine and/or a maximum 10-year prison sentence.
