It is major bullshite. This stuff should be auto updated with your VIN. You sell a car, VIN update alerts DMV. (That’s what I assumed would happen - should have known better)

Want to know why Mike Edmonston all of a sudden quit being the head of thew State Police and why Chris Broadwater is retiring from the legislature? They are the guys that started this collection thing and now they are making bank as "investors" in the operation that handles it.
Broadwater proposed the legislation (against the wishes of the State Ins Commissioner)and then had his buddy at the State Police put in charge of the collection ...but they said it was not to fund the Stat Police, but the amount they project o take in, always seems to match the State Police budget
