Found out years after that my good friend in high school's parents were swingers. They ultimately divorced and last I heard she move off with someone they met while swinging.

My wife and I used to work with this girl who frequented a swingers club in Shreveport with her new husband. We were hanging out one night and they were trying to get us to go. They were explaining the lifestyle, it's not cheating, what goes on, that we could go and "just watch". We said "frick no", not for us, if it works for you we won't judge, etc.
Fast forward two weeks and the husband shows up, looking sad. We asked what was wrong, where was your wife? He said, "with her boyfriend." My wife and I were like, "whoa! We thought that you were swingers and that was ok?" His reply? Only within the swingers club or party it's ok. When it isn't, it's considered cheating. They divorced a month later and we are still scratching our heads about that one.
