I searched to see if this story was posted, if it was I didn't find it and I apologize, but WTF is wrong with people?
A man and a woman were arrested Wednesday after investigators found four children living in hazardous conditions, including being exposed to bodily fluids in various parts of a house.

No one in their right might could do this.. At least I would like to think so, but the parents had to be addicts. Did you watch Breaking Bad? It reminds me of an episode involving two meth head parents who lived in a house that was a complete shithole and they kid was pretty much on his own..

Yes, that was crazy. Jesse, or whatever the character's name was, would have probably been killed if the wife wouldn't have killed the husband with the ATM.
