Katy people. Recommend a good family practice MD

My doctor went with a concierge medicine model. I don't see him enough to pay $1600 annually. I am a nurse but really don't have much interaction with GPs? The patients that I see in an ER setting are usually there because they don't have a doc, don't like their doc, or in some cases have a crappy or over scheduled Doctor.
I need somebody to tell me I am fat and check my labs and write 3 prescriptions. One scrip IS for Valium, but other than that I just take standard fat American medications.
Ib4 pill head comments. Norco and adderal aren't on my med list.

Good luck, the concierge doc is the way to go. If Mrs. Füt (no pics) weren't in the belly of the medical beast I'd go that way.
