It would be so easy for the govment/Dem party to solve the problem of adolescent black crime.
Kid gets in trouble in school, bennies are docked x amount. Kid fails classes, bennies docked again. Kid gets arrested more docking. Arrested 2x, 3x bennies cut off. These welfare queens start seeing the monies dry up and they’ll get Lawuanvceious arse in line.
