Somewhat off subject but I recently had a burger at Tramonte's, over by Parkview, and I think it may be the best burger in Baton Ruuge

i eat my steaks rarer than most like, but my burgers are cooked well done. Ground beef has too many exposures to bacteria.

It says on the menu that burgers are cooked medium well. I wouldn’t tempt fate. It’s a burger , not a fine filet mignon.

I work in IT
I usually eat lunch at 11 so it's been 6 hrs by 5pm. I'm usually up until 10:30 or so but don't usually eat after 5:15-5:30.
ETA - I get to the office around 7am so perhaps a little earlier than some

There are places you can order a burger medium rare. Walk On’s isn’t one of those places. I like Walk On’s for what it is, but it’s like ordering sushi at Panda Express. Here’s a little gift of self awareness just in time for the holidays.
