It will be normal in the morning.
It's been 16 years since I had mine done, but I recall that they required an optometrist visit the day after. My vision was 20/15 by that time. No worries.

Go to sleep...sleep until tomorrow
give those eyes a chance to heal

Did the doctor tell you that you should start reading tonight? I bet not. You are supposed to rest your eyes.

turn off your computer. stop worrying.
call your MD if you have any doubts. he will return the call. referrals are his life blood.

Dick move, man.
Also, my doctor just actually called me (pretty cool thing to do at 8:45 at night) and re-assured me everything was fine. Reading and being on my laptop was no big deal and by morning I should be 100%. Love the responses though, guys.

Dude. Did your doc not explain this to you?
Had mine done almost 2 weeks ago.
Still having some occasional blurry vision bit getting better each day.
Had a postop today. They said it is normal and will continue to get better.
You should NOT BE ON A COMPUTER OR READING. They told me TV only the first day.
The computer dries your eyes out which is the worst thing for your eyes right now.
Sounds like you have a shitty doctor.

I already have blurry vision. Why the hell would I get my eyes cut on to still have blurry eyes????????

I went from progressive lenses to better than 20/20 vision.
It is not really blurry. Just see certain things like letters on the TV look like they have a shadow. It gets better each day and I was told to expect it.

I had mine done on month ago.... Sleep the whole first day and night afterwards. Take a sleeping pill if you need. Then put you directed drops in to their exact direction. Your vision will be back after day 1.
Do not be alarmed if it fluctuates the first week. Use your drops to avoid dry eyes.
Follow directions = profit.
I went from 7.50 prescription and a terrible myopic astigmatism to perfect 20/20.

Too late. You will most likely never see him again.
