You'll have to get one of these.

And embrace the new trend

Not saying who it is, but a major broadcast station up there

One thing that helps if it is a central office/station is that public transportation in Seattle is awesome and relatively inexpensive. I lived there 4 years and put like 5,000 miles on my car because I just rode the buses and trains everywhere.

Oh goody, then we can just narrow it down to KING, KIRO, KOMO, ROOT or KCPQ

Is it a nice apartment? If I can get an apartment at that price I would be estatic

It was. It wasn't high end, but a solid and very good apartment. Reasonably you can get a decent apartment in the $1200 range in some of these areas. It is more, but it's reasonable when you look at the other benefits of the city.

Goldennugget will not be taking part in that authoritarian socialist institution called public transportation.

But, if Northwest Washington people came to SE La and experience our rain...they would say it's a freakin hurricane or monsoon every day.

People are pussies about the weather here. We had one lightening strike a few months ago and the local news did a segment on it, complete with breathless eye-witness interviews.

North Fremont man. South Fremont is definitely hipster though. I stayed away from there as much as possible.

That Tornado thingy was exciting last year in Steilacoom considering we were two miles from it But yeah, I'm from LA originally, grew up in ATL and have been out here since 1998, still love me a good thunderstorm.

Unless your a fan of Decadence festival by the way, stay the hell out of South Fremont when the Summer Solstice festival happens. One of the most messed up things I've ever seen.

It's the Foresters you need to watch out for, not the Outbacks. Foresters tend to be driven by either aging hippies, crazy cat ladies, butch lesbians and the bumpersticker-laden causeheads. These are the left lane assholes you need to be aware of.

Outbacks just have a 26.2 or 13.1 sticker on them

It certainly did. We were at my boys' football game at Steilacoom HS when it formed as a water spout and came ashore just north of Dupont.
