Context clues tell you she is just an unhinged bitch. The fence straddling body language of her bf tells much of the story. Her running like a lunatic and hitting a stranger instead of seeking shelter from “the creep”. Her not calling the police about this supposed threat.

So from reading the Twitter thread there’s apparently a longer video out there (couldn’t find the video itself, I don’t have TikTok). Some things to note:
- She’s apparently 17 and the boyfriend holding her back is 26. Gross.
- Dude videoing was apparently visiting a friend at the complex and she felt like they were being too loud. So she started following him around and confronting him.
She’s acting like an ignorant teenager so that tracks.
