So why hasnt this been sticky'd yet?? Seems like the type of thread deserving of the "sticky" concept.

No one said his job on empire was safe.

I and others said his career isn't over because of this

Some definitely did do that, as much as I don't want to encourage tgrbait

May have been covered but I saw NO Robin Roberts this morning.

She's interviewing the police superintendent Monday morning. They're still letting her lead this story.

Unbelievable.

Watch her frame it to make herself look better. "You were sure he was credible at first correct? That is why you told me he was credible and I ran with it...right?"

I said they'll eventually forgive him in a couple years and he'll be fine because he's a gay black man in Hollywood.

The studios will let this blow over then he'll start showing up in minor roles in all black shows and movies.

They are all still supporting him there, just think he made a bad decision. He will atone, sit for a while, then get a few roles to start making money again

He will have an imdb credit to his name after empire.

You're talking semantics with career being empire and it's over and you know it.

Neither is gay or black.

ETA:

And Charlie Sheen would easily still get work, but the guy is trying to survive HIV at the moment. He's had cameos in stuff and had a show after Two and a Half Men (Anger Management) which was after his crazy fricking tirades.

No advertisers are going to get on board with this clown. Television shows are totally dependent on marketing dollars. He is too much of a risk for any network and probably always will be.
