Last time we did a big clean out after a move, we rented a roll off from Morales (if you are in the BR area). We ended up doing a bunch of landscape removal too, had it for 2 weeks for $500. Included delivery, pickup, don’t remember the amount of weight you got with the 500, but we loaded that 30 yard up and didn’t have to pay overage on weight.

Was cheaper than all the prices we got from the junk haulers.

You can text Shannon Thornton (Appliance Removal & Scrap Specialist) at 225-685-7394. He's hauled off stuff for me free and he also has connections to other scrapers. He got some other guy to come get some fencing that I needed gone.

I do a WM bagster at least once a year. It's not the cheapest option and you can fill the bagster up quickly if you haven't done it before, but these days I do it so frequently I rarely have issues.

They are bigger than you think and you can pile shite up pretty high.

We’re using Junk Joe’s for the MIL’s house. They’re not cheap.

We did save some money by getting Joseph’s Storehouse to come pick up all the usable stuff. They charged me $150 and removed a giant moving van’s worth.

How big is the truck they use to come pick it up? I'm wanting to put it in the back yard, but would be limited due to the width of my gate.

It's fairly large but has a long retractable arm - they have some details on the website.

I put mine at the top of my driveway which is pretty narrow and they get to it.

See below:

• Vertical Clearance: The collection truck requires at least 18 feet of vertical clearance to safely operate its overhead crane.
• Overhead & Surrounding Hazards: The bag must be completely clear of overhead wires, tree branches, roof overhangs, or other structures.
• Distance from Objects: The bag must sit at least 5 feet away from any structures, fences, trees, vehicles, or walls.
• Driveway Access & Width: If the truck needs to drive onto your driveway, the driveway must be at least 10 to 12 feet wide, and you must sign an electronic damage waiver during scheduling.
• Alley Access: Alley pickups are allowed only if the truck can reach the bag directly from the alley; trucks cannot make tight turns from an alley into a residential driveway.

I'd have to put it in my front yard right up against the street. Trees everywhere.
